Reseting the Navel

We seem to be doing a lot of focusing on the navel recently, which coincides with me loosening up a lot of tensed up and previously blocked energy.  The leg lifts are getting easier, but when my abdominal starts burning, that’s when the mental/emotional freak out limits come.  I am enjoying beginning to get comfortable with the sensation though.
