Pituitary Gland Focus
Having missed last Saturday’s class I was happy to make it to a Yoga House class tonight. We did a set focusing on the pituitary gland that involved a nice combination of triangle, pigeon, and some arm work. The meditation at the end involved breathing in and retaining the breath in three parts.
As we approach 11.11.11 I take so much gratefulness in having this Kundalini practice.
