Restorative

I think that as a result of the intense leg work yesterday and lack of sleep from the previous week I was feeling some anxiousness and pain in my sciatic life nerve.  So thanks to the clocks moving ahead I was able to do a long evening set of energy work and long Iyengar style leg stretches.

One of the insights I got from doing acupuncture was that this type of pain is better aided by sleep and rest and water than by lots of intense stretching.
