Since starting the study of Kundalini Yoga I have been naturally finding a set that I can do to either as a warm up or as a set when I do n0t have a time for a full hour or longer set of kriyas.
For a while this has included a number of arm, torso/twisting kriyas, and forward bends/froggy pose. Now it has become more rounded with single and double leg lifts as well as the legs shaking vigorously at 30 degrees that I learned in class this weekend.
While the set will likely change and shift as the practice continues I am feeling the need to include more navel and leg exercises.
