Kundalini Warm Ups and Aura Strengthening
This morning I worked on perfecting my warm-up set: ego eradicator, spinal flex, twisting, forward bends, and leg lifts. Then I did the Aura Strengthening set.
Surprisingly the arm work was more difficult than usual for me, but the leg and abdomen works is getting much more insightful. I am beginning to be able to explore the heat generated from the leg lifts. It’s very interesting to disassociate some of the emotions that come up when doing intense abdominal work, like anger and frustration, and instead focus on just the experience of the heat.
