This morning I worked with the Kriya for Developing Strength and Balance. This set involves a bit of breathing and a good deal of rocking and shaking. I wasn’t completely clear on the directions for step 5: the lying down moving vigorously and stretching, but I did my best.
I modified the ending and did a series of 2 minute relaxations focusing on different parts of the body: navel, heart, throat, crown, feet.
As a side note, my practice has definitely got to the point where doing a Kriya just doesn’t have the same effect if I haven’t done my warm-up set first.
