Morning Set and Meditations to Calm the Mind

I woke up in a rather agitated state this morning, so after my extended morning warm-up set, I did the 3 minute meditation to tranquilize the mind and an 11 minute meditation for atomic radiation, which had a profound calming effect.

As a continual note on my own morning warm-up set, this morning it included 3 minutes of each of the following:

  • ego eradicator
  • spinal flex
  • sufi grinds
  • rotating abdomen in circles (modified sufi grinds)
  • arms on shoulders rotating spine
  • forward bends
  • single leg lifts
  • double leg lifts
  • stretch pose (1 minute)
