I woke up in a rather agitated state this morning, so after my extended morning warm-up set, I did the 3 minute meditation to tranquilize the mind and an 11 minute meditation for atomic radiation, which had a profound calming effect.
As a continual note on my own morning warm-up set, this morning it included 3 minutes of each of the following:
- ego eradicator
- spinal flex
- sufi grinds
- rotating abdomen in circles (modified sufi grinds)
- arms on shoulders rotating spine
- forward bends
- single leg lifts
- double leg lifts
- stretch pose (1 minute)
