A Class to Foster Trust in Oneself

I got to this morning’s yoga class a few minutes late, so after tuning in I jumped into the spinal flex and off we went.  I don’t know the name or focus of the set, but I remember doing crows pose, some double leg lifts, should stand with moving feet to the ground and back, a pose I call flying pose, and stretch pose.

The meditation involved putting your hands above your head, along your arc line with your hands in a first and your pointer fingers extending, almost touching.  The benefit of the meditation is to trust yourself and burn through karma.  After pushing through for a number of minutes, towards the end of the meditation I felt a welling up of positive thoughts flow through my mind instilling more trust in my ability to do anything.  It felt good.
