I usually don’t have much time for yoga before heading off for DC Metro Church on Sundays, but I did take time this morning to do a few minutes of the Sat Nam Kriya and spinal flex, since Yogi Bhajan said these were both exercises we should try to do everyday.
What I missed was his note that you should relax for twice the time you do the Sat Nam exercises. I often seem to skip the relaxation part of the kriyas, but I know it’s important to let the effect of the exercise fully take effect.
