I was not sure this morning if I was going to be able to make it through a Kundlini class, I’m still very much getting over this cold. So of course, once we start our warm up, Elizabeth says, it’s going to be a very vigorous class! I don’t remember the exact name of the Kriya, but it had something to do with the rib cage and involved a number of reverse plank and regular plank with leg lifts and breath of fire.
Since it was also full moon today, we closed with a circle meditation where we take turns chanting and responding to Wahe Guru. Love that one, and it was a very powerful healing circle. When I left class I could tell my body was still sick and full of phlegm, but I felt great.
