My Call for a Compassionate Community

The 3HO Foundation does Global Sadhanas several times a year, often in preparation for the Solstices or other major events in the community.

On May 16th, they started a new on with a call for a compassionate community.  This really struck me for two reasons:

  1. I had been doing a Kriya to Remove Inner Anger for a while now but have not been doing a formal meditation with it besides my 40 Days with Christ from A Course of Love.  This fit perfectly.
  2. I have been wanting to call for a more compassionate community in my own life.  This aligned perfectly with that as well.

The meditation involves chanting Rakhay rakhanhaar along with a very specific mudra and movement.  You can see a demo of the meditation in the videos below:

This is one of my favorite mantras and the translation in English speaks for itself:

kriya-for-compassion

God Himself is looking out for us,
gives us the light, and takes care of our affairs.
God is merciful, and never forgets us.
God guides us, giving us good people to help us.
God does not allow hurt to come to us.
I take comfort in the thought of God.
When I remember God, I feel peaceful and happy
and all my pain departs.

If you are feeling this, please join in, regardless of when you start.

In closing, I want to put in words that I am calling for a compassionate community in my own life.  Both those friends and family who go way back, and those who I am just meeting and re-meeting in this life.

May we all know Peace
May we all know Love

  1. Love it! Rakhay Rakhanhaar’s also one of my favourites. I just finished my level 1 training and one of the things that impacted me most was the transformation from lone wolf to group consciousness in the Age of Aquarius. I’m looking forward to joining the global sadhanas in the future. Sat Nam! Aleya (Hari Dhyan Kaur)
